Salary: £30,000 + tips
Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week (Tuesday-Saturdays)
Shift pattern: Rota can include working anytime between 6am - 6.00pm, with the occassional evening shifts up to midnight

We are now looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team, supporting the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, terrace dining and event hospitality areas
The Role
You will play a key part in being responsible for leading the service team during shifts, maintaining high service standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and acting as the first point of contact for operational and guest-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Food and Beverage service during shifts across restaurant, bar, terrace dining and events
- Supervise Food and Beverage waiting staff during service, allocating sections and duties effectively
- Ensure all Food & Beverage and Company Core Quality Standards are met at all times
- Communicate effectively with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager regarding service performance, staffing issues, and guest feedback
- Assist in other areas (including Lounge or Events) as required by business needs
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all service and guest-facing areas
- Be fully knowledgeable about menus, facilities, services, and promotions offered at the Shooting Grounds
- Motivate the team to maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude at all times
- Ensure service areas are fully prepared before service and maintained throughout the shift
- Handle guest feedback and complaints confidently and professionally, escalating to management where required
What We’re Looking For
- Desirable - a UK valid driving license as well as their own vehicle due to location being limited for local public transport
- Experience in a Supervisor/Senior level - leading or mentoring staff
- Experience in food and beverage service within restaurant or event environments
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end hospitality is desirable
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
