TLS Lettings & Estate Agents is a small, independent firm based in central Slough, which was established in 1996. Known for our professionalism, strong local reputation, and long-standing client relationships.
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to be responsible for administering an established residential portfolio in Slough. This full-time position is initially offered as a fixed-term contract to cover a scheduled period of team absence. There may be the possibility of this becoming a permanent position depending on the business needs at the time.
This position offers a great deal of variety and provides involvement across all areas of the lettings process. Ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork and can use their own initiative when required.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Preparation of tenancy agreements, completing applicant references, ensuring compliance documents and other administrative requirements are correct
- Ensure all managed properties comply with relevant laws and regulations, including safety certifications and checks
- Handling maintenance and repair requests using our recognised contractors
- Responding to enquiries from tenants and landlords and resolve issues efficiently
- Processing rental payments on our CRM and making relevant payment to clients
- Online marketing of properties using recognised portals
- Organise and attend property visits for managed properties, documenting findings via photographic reports for landlords
- Manage the check-out process, negotiate fair dilapidation deductions and compile, where necessary, evidence for formal Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) disputes

- Must have Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
SALARY & PACKAGE
Salary is proportionate with experience, with a basic salary of £27,500 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
HOURS OF WORK
- Monday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
