JOB OPPORTUNITY
- Dental Receptionist
- 28 hours per week ( Monday - Thursday) - overtime can be available
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the Award Winning, Eilertsen Dental Care, team.
We pride ourselves on a providing a full customer service to the patients, from arrival to departure. The front of house is more akin to a hotel concierge service, with no job too big or small. We are looking to recruit a motivated and capable receptionist who understands the complexities of a front of house role.
We have a large team, all striving for excellence. The right candidate will be enthusiastic with a good understanding of how to deliver sales, diary management and bookings. As a growing practice you will largely work alone, but with significant support from the rest of the team. However there will be room for this role to develop and for progression as the business grows.
Our hours are 8am to 8pm and include all bank holidays and weekends. We take a week off over the Christmas period.
We are looking for someone to join our existing reception team on our busy reception desk.
Hours will be on a weekly rotation.
Week 1
Monday 7:30am - 2:30pm
Tuesday 7:30am - 2:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am - 2:30pm
Thursday 7:30am - 2:30pm
Week 2
Monday 1:30pm - 8:30pm
Tuesday 1:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday 1:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 1:30pm - 8:30pm
There will be occasional times you will be required to work a Saturday 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Must have previous experience in reception duties. Dental and clinical experience preferred.
