About the Role
We are looking for an organised, reliable and people-focused Evaluation Administrator to support the evaluation of our programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in understanding the impact of our work with young people. You will coordinate 3-, 6- and 12-month evaluation check-ins, working closely with Peer Researchers to ensure sessions are arranged, completed and accurately recorded.
You will be responsible for coordinating Peer Researcher activity, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth delivery of evaluation activity. You will also attend relevant evaluation and partnership meetings and provide updates on progress, engagement and completion.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and confident managing information, schedules and data. You will need to communicate sensitively with young people and families and be comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor 3-, 6- and 12-month evaluation check-ins with young people.
- Schedule appointments between young people and Peer Researchers and follow up where required.
- Coordinate Peer Researcher availability, activity and timesheets.
- Maintain accurate evaluation records, spreadsheets and CRM information.
- Communicate with young people and families to encourage continued participation.
- Act as a key point of contact for Peer Researchers.
- Attend relevant evaluation and partnership meetings and provide updates.
- Monitor evaluation completion and identify any gaps or barriers to engagement.
- Produce regular updates and reports on evaluation activity.
- Escalate safeguarding or engagement concerns appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with programme and delivery teams.
- Support improvements to evaluation processes and participant engagement.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident communicating with young people, families and professionals.
- Can manage appointments, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Is comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, CRM systems or databases.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, data protection and accurate record keeping.
- Has an understanding of safeguarding when working with young people.
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- Is proactive, reliable and solution-focused.
Experience working with young people, volunteers, Peer Researchers, community programmes or evaluation activity would be desirable. An understanding of trauma-informed or restorative approaches would also be advantageous.

Additional Information
The role is 16 hours per week and may include some evening and occasional weekend work to accommodate young people's availability.
