What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Driving sales performance through coaching, mentoring and development.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to exceed targets.
- Recruiting, training and developing future talent.
- Creating a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support continued business growth.
- Championing exceptional customer service and ethical selling.
