Purpose:
Within the team take on leadership roles in the absence of a Manager or Assistant Manager. As part of the management team, they make sure that the business runs smoothly and that customers are receiving the best service. It’s a varied role supporting with back office systems, cash management, compliance, induction and training and more.
Main Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Ensuring customer care is top priority
- Maintaining internal and external standards to ensure a great customer experience
- Making sure that brand standards are adhered to
- Assisting in the training and developing their team, ensuring they are motivated and engaged
- Handling administration tasks in the absence of the Managers
- Quality control of products and sites
- Assisting in cellar duties
- Carrying out site checks in the absence of the Managers
- Reporting to line managers.

Pay: £12.90 per hour
