Role: Signage Letter Builder & Specialist Fabricator
Salary: £27,378 – £32,448 Per Annum DOE

The role:
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Signage Letter Builder & Specialist Fabricator to join their skilled production team. Working within a busy workshop, you will fabricate bespoke 3D aluminium and stainless steel letters, producing high-quality signage to exact specifications while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate bespoke 3D aluminium and stainless steel letters.
- Cut, roll, fold and shape metal materials.
- Operate fabrication machinery, including cutting, rolling and forming equipment.
- Assemble signage components to a high standard.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Work to production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop.
The successful candidate:
Essential
- Previous experience in signage letter building and fabrication.
- Strong metalworking experience with aluminium and stainless steel.
- Experience operating fabrication machinery.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience producing bespoke 3D fabricated letters.
- Knowledge of a range of signage manufacturing techniques.
- Experience working within a fast-paced signage production environment.
