Brook Food is looking for a dynamic Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our fast-paced, fun, and supportive team. You will look after the sales of our bakery ancillary and sundry items, manage website stock, and provide vital administrative backup. This is a hands-on role that also includes picking and packing orders. If you are tech-savvy, highly organised, and genuinely love cake, you will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Admin Support: Drive the sales of bakery ancillary and sundry items while assisting the team with administrative tasks.
- Order Fulfilment: Undertake manual handling duties to pick, pack, and prepare sundry items to be sent out to customers.
- Website Management: Keep our online inventory and stock levels accurate and up to date.
- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls confidently, handling customer enquiries with an excellent telephone manner.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on & Fit: Comfortable with manual handling and the physical aspects of picking and packing stock.
- Tech-Savvy: Competent working with website backends, inventory systems, and standard software.
- Great Communicator: Confident on the phone with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised Multi-tasker: Able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-moving, energetic environment.
- Positive Attitude: A team player with an organised approach and a sense of humour.
