Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Parts Advisor to join our team at WR Davies Ford Llangefni, Anglesey. This role is responsible for supporting the dealership’s parts operation by supplying vehicle parts and accessories efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate stock control and administration processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers and workshop technicians on the correct vehicle parts and accessories, ensuring accurate and timely supply of orders.
- Manage stock control processes including ordering, receiving, checking, and maintaining inventory levels to support efficient department operations.
- Process customer enquiries, parts sales, and invoicing while delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone.
- Engage with customers/clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate records and update systems as required (e.g. CRM or internal systems)
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments
- Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the business
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a motor factor or dealership is preferred. Experience in a similar customer‑facing or technical role will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts is required
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also use your own initiative.
- Comfortable multitasking and working proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to succeed.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to speak Welsh desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Full UK driving licence
