About the Role
We’re currently looking for a Junior Apple Technician to join our dedicated Apple repair team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with no experience but with a desire to learn about repairing iOS devices, Apple desktops, and Apple laptops, who wants to develop their skills within our experienced team.
As part of our team, you’ll be at the heart of our Apple repair operations—diagnosing, repairing, and returning Apple devices to peak performance for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Apple iOS devices, Apple desktops, and Apple laptops to a high standard
- Ensure timely turnaround of repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records of all repair work carried out
- Liaise with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing clear updates and excellent service
- Stay up to date with Apple repair protocols and training via ATLAS or other Apple systems
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive working environment

- Strong time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Comfortable engaging with a wide variety of customers and colleagues
