We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of properties.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work.
- Use initiative to plan and manage your workflow effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and suggest practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Participate in an on-call rota for emergencies outside regular hours.
