Pro-Fit Energy Ltd delivers high-quality retrofit and energy efficiency solutions across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our specialist Windows & Doors division and are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple programmes.
The Role
As a Windows & Doors Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of window and door installation projects across multiple properties. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and compliance standards.
You will play a key role in scheduling installations, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with residents, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate and manage windows and doors installation programmes across multiple sites
- Schedule and sequence works to meet programme deadlines and minimise disruption
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and contractor performance
- Identify and escalate delays, risks, or access issues
Windows & Doors Installation Coordination
- Coordinate installation of:
- uPVC / aluminium windows
- External and internal door replacements
- Associated remedial and finishing works
- Liaise with installers, surveyors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient delivery
- Ensure materials, measurements, and specifications are accurate prior to installation
Stakeholder & Resident Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Schedule and confirm appointments with residents
- Provide clear communication on installation timelines and expectations
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and aftercare
Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they receive accurate daily and weekly schedules
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of installers
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to programme timelines and company standards
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all installations comply with building regulations, FENSA requirements, and company procedures
- Conduct evidence checks including photos, certifications, and documentation
- Manage snagging, remedial works, and final sign-off processes
- Ensure all certification (e.g. FENSA/Building Control) is completed and recorded
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate trackers, installation records, and project documentation
- Produce daily and weekly progress reports
- Track completion rates, outstanding works, and customer feedback
- Use internal systems (e.g. Zervio or similar) to manage workflow and communication
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review daily installation schedules and project progress
- Coordinate installers, surveys, deliveries, and resident access
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
- Review installation evidence and compliance documentation
- Manage snagging and ensure timely resolution
- Produce and submit daily progress updates
Skills & Experience
- Experience in windows & doors, construction, or retrofit coordination
- Strong understanding of installation processes and sequencing
- Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with compliance standards (PAS 2030-2035, FENSA, Building Regulations) is desirable

Pay: £30,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
