Barman / Waiter – 45 LondonOverview
We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-driven Barman and/or Waiter to join the team at 45 London, a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination combining members’ club, dining, events, wellness and nightlife.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a polished and welcoming approach, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards and personality of the 45 London brand.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, particularly in premium restaurants, bars, members’ clubs or lifestyle venues, however attitude, energy and a commitment to service excellence are just as important.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests warmly, delivering attentive and professional service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring service flows smoothly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards and licensing regulations
- Serve food and drinks to guests with care, attention to detail and strong product knowledge
- Build rapport with guests and provide menu, drinks and venue recommendations confidently
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the bar, restaurant and service areas throughout shifts
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and follow cash handling procedures
- Assist with table service, clearing, resetting and maintaining high presentation standards across the venue
- Work closely with floor, bar and management teams to ensure seamless service across restaurant, events and members’ club operations
- Support the delivery of private events and high-profile guest experiences when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company operating standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, members’ clubs or premium service environments is preferred
- A warm, confident and professional approach to guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A team-player mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late-night shifts as required
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service standards is advantageous
