Bartender | Senior Bartender | Head Bartender – Flute @ Broadwick Soho
We are looking for talented and passionate Bartenders to join the Flute team at Broadwick Soho – and this is just the beginning. We believe in growing our people, which is why we offer a clear development pathway from Bartender through to Senior Bartender and on to Head Bartender. On Target Earnings
All roles are hourly paid and every hour worked is paid. Below are the earning structures for each level:
Bartender
OTE £38,000 per annum | Hourly rate £13.58 | Based on 40 hours per week | Estimated tronc £9,676 per annum
Senior Bartender
OTE £42,000 per annum | Hourly rate £15.50 | Based on 40 hours per week | Estimated tronc £9,672 per annum
Head Bartender
OTE £44,000 per annum | Hourly rate £16.50 | Based on 40 hours per week | Estimated tronc £9,586 per annum
*Please note tronc figures are a qualified estimate and projected OTE.

As a Bartender at Flute, our stunning rooftop bar and terrace, you will be at the heart of crafting exceptional beverages and delivering a refined, personalised guest experience. This role goes beyond mixing drinks – it is about creating moments, reading the room, and making every guest feel genuinely looked after.
At Senior Bartender level, you will bring deep knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktails, tailoring recommendations to individual tastes while coaching and guiding the team on beverage knowledge and service delivery. As Head Bartender, you will lead by example, inspiring the team, driving standards, and shaping the culture of one of London's most exciting rooftop destinations.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the operation to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work alongside brilliant people across the hotel so that we operate as one seamless team, delivering memorable experiences every single shift.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar, cocktail bar, or high-volume bar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
- Availability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.
