Bar Staff
Printworks, operated by Function 5 CIC, is looking for friendly and dependable bar staff to join our team in Papworth Everard.
We are a community-focused social enterprise, using our café, bar, brewery and event spaces to bring people together, create local opportunities and support community activity.
The role includes:
- Serving drinks and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Preparing the bar before service and helping close at the end of a shift
- Taking payments and handling cash responsibly
- Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, safe and well presented
- Restocking drinks and monitoring stock levels
- Supporting live events, parties and private bookings
- Following licensing, age-verification and food-safety requirements
- Working confidently as part of a small team
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Calm and responsible when the venue is busy
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Interested in contributing to a welcoming community venue
Previous bar or hospitality experience would be helpful, but training can be provided for the right person.
This is a paid position, with evening and weekend hours available by agreement.
