We are looking for a seasonal part-time sauna host to help run our outdoor sauna experience.
During Summer Season - 2/3 shifts a week
Autumn / Winter - Increased hours & opportunity for ops management position for the right person.
This is a physical, all-weather role requiring weekend availability, with early starts or evening finishes.

What’s Involved?
- Preparing the sauna for guests: wood chopping, lighting the stove, restocking supplies, and lots of cleaning.
- Hosting sessions: welcoming guests, giving safety advice, and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Managing changeovers: maintaining the space and keeping everything running on time.
- Handling customer queries via email and answering questions.
- Closing the sauna at the end of the day and leaving the area safe and tidy.
- General admin & some social media updates.
Requirements
- Local to Bude area, drive/own vehicle.
- Reliable and able to work outdoors in any weather.
- Friendly, strong communication skills, confident with customers.
- Must be able to chop wood, training is provided but good physical fitness required, and the ability to manage a wood-burning stove safely.
