We are seeking an experienced Head of Technical to lead our technical strategy and drive innovation across the business. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with hands-on expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
As part of the Senior Management team, you will lead the development and delivery of long-term technical strategy, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the business. You will oversee the technical function, including budget management, resource planning, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing processes.
You will act as a key liaison between departments, supporting business growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring strong risk management and full compliance with national and international regulatory standards. The role also includes representing the company externally and communicating technical strategy, performance, and achievements to stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across the factory, making sure all products are manufactured in line with legal, customer, and internal standards. This includes oversight of testing, audits, documentation, supplier and contractor approvals, and the effective management of non-conformance, ensuring all issues are addressed in a safe, timely, and compliant manner.
You will champion sustainability and continuous improvement, driving initiatives to reduce environmental impact, ensure ethical sourcing, and align practices with global standards and customer expectations. Alongside this, you will lead the development of the technical team through succession planning, training, and performance management, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce while ensuring best practices, GMP standards, and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.
