Bar staff: As a Bar Attendant you will assist the Supervisor in the profitable and efficient running of the bars. Restaurant Staff: Ensure that all guests are served to the hotel's standard in the Restaurant/ Bar Lounge areas. Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are always demonstrated within all food and beverage areas. Takes orders for food and beverages and serve to guests as per the hotel's standard in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.

Candidates have the opportunity to progress through all departments, potentially working in another of our other 11 hotels.
Training Provided:
You will attend Exeter College twice a month and take part in virtual lessons to work towards your Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Additional Information:
There is potential to work as a Bar attendant or Restaurant staff separately or both combined depending on the candidate.
Hourly wage will be age related national minimum wage.
