We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specialising in School Management Software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with educational institutions, promote innovative solutions, and contribute to the digital transformation of school administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse client needs effectively. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, building lasting relationships, and demonstrating the value of our software products to educational leaders.
Duties
- Identify and target prospective clients within the education sector, including schools and educational authorities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements to tailor software demonstrations and presentations accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Lead product demonstrations and webinars to showcase features and benefits of our School Management Software.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at educational institutions.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate contract renewals or upselling opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging needs within the education sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education technology or software industry.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and expanding market reach.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: £25,050.81-£69,459.68 per year
