Abernethy House Surgery is a friendly, welcoming, and forward-thinking GP Practice located in the heart of Enfield. We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and caring Practice Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team on a part-time basis for 18 - 20 hours/ week on three days.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive difference within the community. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to provide a comprehensive range of nursing services while contributing to the continued development of our innovative primary care services.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of clinical services, including but not limited to:
- Childhood immunisations and vaccinations
- Adult vaccination programmes
- Cervical screening
- Long-term condition management
- NHS Health Checks
- Contraception services
- Wound care and management
- Health promotion and patient education

Essential Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN).
- Current NMC registration.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Relevant immunisation and vaccination training.
- Cervical smear training.
Pay: From £26.04 per hour
