We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store person/Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous parts experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with parts and general enquiries
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts and products
- Receiving, checking, and organising stock deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Processing sales and handling customer transactions
- Keeping the parts department clean, organised, and well-presented
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous parts advisor or stores experience
- Knowledge of motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry

Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Every Saturday 9am-5pm
- Full-time permanent position
