Corporate Sales Manager – Events Venue

About Us
We are a premium events venue located in the heart of the City of London, specialising in corporate events, private functions, and celebrations. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to grow our corporate bookings and build long-term relationships with businesses across London.
The Role
This is a proactive sales role focused on generating new corporate business. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching companies, arranging venue viewings, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target new corporate clients across London.
* Make outbound sales calls, send emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate new business.
* Arrange and host venue tours for prospective clients.
* Build relationships with HR teams, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, Facilities Managers, Marketing teams, and Event Managers.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close bookings.
* Develop repeat business and long-term corporate partnerships.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using a CRM system.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Represent the venue at networking events and industry functions.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate event sales.
* Previous experience selling event venues, hotels, conference facilities, hospitality services, or corporate events is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong cold-calling and lead generation experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
* Existing corporate contacts or networks within London would be an advantage.
