Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for product assembly from initial build through to final assembly, test, and packaging. Quality is the key to our success, and care during assembly and test is one of the most important aspects for the business. You will be working with small components and tight assembly spaces, so dexterity and accuracy is of paramount importance.
Duties:
Responsibilities will include:
· Setting up and monitoring the adhesive dispensing robots.
· Using hand tools and operating robots to assemble the lamps.
· Making minor repairs & replacing parts when required.
· Leak testing of finished products.
· Packing of finished products into boxes.
· Hitting productivity targets.
Skills & Competencies:
· Good communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Understanding and following technical drawings with clarity
· Able to use sound logic and critical thinking
· A self-starter who can take on responsibility and accountability to solve problems and provide high-quality output.

Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
· experience of using hand tools
· assembly experience
· natural aptitude for mechanics and systems
