The Role:
We’re looking for a confident and proactive supervisor to help lead our front-of-house teams on race days and event days. You’ll be responsible for overseeing service delivery,managing staff,and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced,prestigious venue while developing your leadership and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of front-of-house staff

Ensure smooth and efficient service during events

Maintain high standards of cleanliness,presentation,and customer care

Act as the point of contact for guest queries and escalations

Support the management team with training,briefings,and shift preparation
Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or events

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Positive,hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
-
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
