Contract: Permanent
Grade: NJC 7 – NJC 11 (£16,110.38 - £17,171.48 per annum)
Working Weeks: 43.6 working weeks (Term Time Only)

Forward As One CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking a highly organised and proactive Governance Administrator to support effective governance across our family of 17 primary schools.
You will provide professional clerking, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain statutory records, and offer clear, impartial advice on governance and compliance. This role is central to ensuring our Trust operates with integrity, transparency and strong strategic oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clerking for Trust Boards, Local Academy Boards and committees
- Prepare agendas, papers and accurate minutes
- Maintain governance records including GIAS and Companies House
- Support compliance, statutory duties and governance processes
- Use digital systems confidently to streamline administration
- Build strong relationships across the Trust
What You’ll Bring
- Strong administrative skills and excellent written English
- Experience as a Governance Clerk or similar role
- Confident ICT skills, including Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of governance, safeguarding and statutory frameworks
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines
