At Flawless Property Care, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across a range of residential and commercial properties, ensuring every space is clean, hygienic, and presented to the highest standard.
Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is essential!
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of rubbish
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential and commercial cleaning to a high standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all designated areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and communal spaces.
- Replenish cleaning supplies where required.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and health & safety procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties.
- Right to work in the UK. (A DBS check will also be needed)
