We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across our properties. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of practical skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential/commercial properties (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, basic electrical work).
- Inspect and identify issues that require attention.
- Assemble furniture, fit shelves, change locks, repair doors/windows.
- Carry out minor decorating and painting works.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, clients, and the office team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
