We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take on the role of Duty Manger and become a key part of our small team. The Duty Manager will work closely with the kitchen team and other managers to maintain the standards and excellent level of customer service.
The role needs a friendly, organised person with a professional approach, excellent customer service skills, and a good eye for detail. A warm, friendly professional manner at all times.
The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure in this fast pace environment. Experience in barista work and hospitality is essential for the role.
We are looking for a team player who is not afraid to think on their feet. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the business during their shift, including opening up and closing down of the shift. They will help with the ordering, cashing up, rotas and any staff training needed.
Salary will be dependant upon experience. The position in based on a 35 hour week over 5 days with one full weekend off a month. We are open from 9am-8pm 7 days a week so no later nights or early mornings. Shifts vary from 8.30-3:00, 3:00-fin and one 11-fin (finish is normally by 9pm unless there is an event)
