Are you available for 2 to 3 nights a week and looking for something meaningful, rewarding, and a little bit different?
Join one of the UK’s leading providers of complex care and become part of a team that empowers people to live independently in their own homes.
We’re currently looking for a Night Support Worker to support our client in Burry Port — just a short walk from the train station and close to the beach.
Meet the Client:
Our client lives independently with a spinal cord injury and has full capacity, meaning he can clearly communicate his needs and guide you in his care.
He enjoys:
Painting, photography, and music (including playing the drums when he can)
Watching TV and films in the evenings
Getting outdoors and exploring new places
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Travelling and visiting seaside locations such as Cornwall
When you'll be working:
2–3 nights per week
8:00pm – 8:00am
24 - 36 hours available
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
