Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including lead generation, applicant tracking, and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient candidate placement
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management, job boards, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks while providing regular updates to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to improve sourcing channels and optimise candidate engagement efforts.
- Support employer branding initiatives by managing social media content related to recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or strong administration beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with a focus on candidate experience optimisation.

8:30am - 4:30pm Monday -Friday
