Des Winks Cars Ltd require a new full time Service Advisor to join the team at our Volkswagen & Skoda dealerships. Previous motor trade experience would be useful however not essential for this role as full dealer and manufacturer training will be given. The ideal candidate would have experience of a customer service role, be confident in customer facing situations with the ability to multi task.
The role involves welcoming customers to our aftersales department whilst managing their vehicle booking through to handover of the vehicle and explanation of work carried out. Attention to detail, numeracy, administration and IT skills are important. Full UK Driving Licence is needed.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with service customers both at Service Reception and by phone.
- Advising customers regarding maintenance and repairs on their vehicles.
- Update our customer database and manufacturer systems.
- Logging service jobs and booking in customer work.
- Liaising with all our departments including Parts, Sales Team and Technicians on a daily basis.
- Be attentive to detail and have a flexible approach to working hours.
