Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards

- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise treatment plans
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation and health & safety regulations
- Assist in managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring the proper storage of medicines
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics related to medication therapy
- Support the training of junior staff or interns as required
Experience
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist within a community pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to inform safe medication administration and patient care
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings
