Project Manager – Hotel Turnaround & Commercial Performance
£250–£350 day rate + bonus | Temp‑to‑perm pathway | South & Midlands
Assured Hotels delivers rapid optimisation and turnaround support for underperforming hotels — stabilising cash flow, restoring control, and driving commercial performance. We’re looking for a high‑energy Project Manager to lead multi‑site projects and deliver measurable weekly improvements.
Ideal for commercial operators who thrive in fast‑paced environments — experience can come from hotels or outside the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Run rapid diagnostics across people, compliance, cost lines, and revenue levers
- Support agreed project scopes, timelines, KPIs, and reporting structure
- Support weekly financial reports (cashflow, GOP, labour ratios, revenue KPIs)
- Lead weekly performance reviews and drive action delivery
- Implement financial controls to restore operational discipline
- Optimise supplier contracts and procurement
- Input on weekly stakeholder reports on risks, performance, and outcomes
What You Bring
- Commercial operations background (multi‑site or strong single‑site)
- Confident influencing on‑site teams and driving weekly performance cycles
- Solid understanding of P&L, cashflow, and KPIs
- PMS experience and strong IT/reporting capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Good compliance awareness (H&S, HR, financial controls)
- Willingness to travel regionally/nationally
Contract
Freelance day‑rate (£250–£350 DOE) + bonus, with ongoing project opportunities across the UK. Temp‑to‑perm pathway available for candidates developing into full PM responsibility.
