We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Chef to join and lead our culinary team. As a Head Chef, you will play a vital role in leading the kitchen, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with all kitchen staff to create delicious meals that delight our guests create new dishes to support the ongoing menu and front of house staff to ensure we are providing the best service. - Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
