About Us
We’re a warm, friendly nursery in Sleaford where curiosity, comfort, and care come first. Our baby room is a calm, nurturing space filled with giggles, tummy time, and the occasional nap protest! We’re looking for someone who can lead this magical little world with confidence and heart.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the baby room with warmth, structure, and creativity
- Supporting early development through sensory play, songs, stories, and exploration
- Building strong bonds with babies and their families
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels loved and secure
- Working closely with your team to deliver outstanding care
- Keeping records and routines running smoothly (feeds, naps, nappies — the holy trinity)
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working with babies in a nursery setting
- A calm, caring, confident leader (No room leader experience needed, but must have strong experience working with babies)
- Someone who can turn a meltdown into a moment of magic
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
- A passion for giving babies the best possible start

Pay: £13.63-£14.92 per hour
