Creative Operations Associate
Full-time (35 hours per week) | Belper, Derbyshire
Think Twice is more than a vintage clothing shop.
We’re building a brand around vintage—curating exceptional clothing, creating one-of-a-kind garments, developing our own product lines and constantly looking for ways to create things that couldn’t exist without vintage.
We’re not looking for an employee—we’re looking for someone who wants to help build an independent brand from the inside.
We’re looking for a Creative Operations Associate to help make that happen.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys switching between creative and practical work. One day you might be photographing products, creating social media content and listing stock online. The next you could be helping customers in the shop, merchandising new arrivals, improving systems or helping develop ideas for future products.
Photography is at the heart of this role. Every item we sell begins with great presentation, so we’re looking for someone with a strong eye for composition, lighting and detail, who can consistently produce high-quality product photography.
You’ll be involved in:
- Product photography
- Listing products across Vinted, eBay, Etsy and Shopify
- Creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
- Helping customers and running the shop
- Processing, merchandising and preparing stock
- Packing and dispatching online orders
- Improving systems and workflows
- Contributing ideas that help grow the business
- Occasionally presenting products on camera and taking part in live selling
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has an excellent eye for photography, composition and presentation
- Is a fast learner who enjoys developing new skills
- Works quickly without compromising quality
- Is creative, proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Understands social media and what makes engaging content
- Is confident using online selling platforms, or can learn them quickly
- Is comfortable in front of the camera and happy to appear in videos and occasional live selling sessions
- Is organised, reliable and happy working independently
- Has a genuine interest in clothing, branding or design
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car
Hours
- 35 hours per week
- Primarily Tuesday to Saturday
- Occasional evening work will be required for live selling sessions, content creation or to meet important deadlines
- Flexibility is important, as the nature of the business means no two weeks are exactly the same
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety. If you’re looking to do the same task every day, this probably isn’t the position for you.
