Are you passionate about great food, outstanding customer service, and leading a team by example? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy BBQ restaurant and help lead our friendly Front of House team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You'll work alongside the management team to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team during service.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest queries with confidence.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Supervising shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Assisting with cash handling, cashing up, and end-of-day procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
- Working on the floor when needed, serving guests and leading by example.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of craft beer, and spirits is an advantage but not essential.
