Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using the POS system
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is desirable
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Good time management to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Pay: £13.00 per hour
