The Team
easyJet’s Engineering and Maintenance team is renowned for delivering innovative solutions that support one of Europe’s largest and most successful airline operations. The Role
As a Production Planner, you’ll play a vital role within our Part 145 Maintenance organisation, ensuring that planned maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and delivered. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll coordinate resources, tooling, materials and maintenance requirements to maximise productivity and support the safe operation of our fleet.
Key responsibilities include:
> Reviewing daily scheduled maintenance work packages.
> Coordinating manpower resources to ensure successful completion of planned maintenance activities.
> Ensuring required tooling and equipment are available to support maintenance operations.
> Working closely with Stores teams to ensure aircraft parts and materials are available when needed.
> Monitoring and controlling unscheduled maintenance requirements, including MEL and CDL related activity.
> Supporting the on-time execution of maintenance programmes.
> Ensuring technical records, work packs and associated documentation are completed accurately.
> Promoting engagement, collaboration and recognition across the department.
> Supporting compliance with company procedures, operational manuals and regulatory requirements.
> Maintaining strong health and safety standards.
> Identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvement.
What we’re looking for
> Demonstrable experience in maintenance planning or production planning within an aviation or engineering environment.
> Knowledge of Airbus A320 Family aircraft would be advantageous.
> Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.
> Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
> Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
> A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
> Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
> Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
> Knowledge of AMOS would be beneficial.

Location & Hours
This full-time role will be based in Gatwick working DDNN pattern 12-hour shifts. Occasional travel requirements to easyJet’s headquarters or network locations.
