Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients and support the medical team in delivering excellent healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Assist in medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality of medical information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
