A opportunity has arisen at Lohmann GB Ltd for a Farm Manager based on a Parent Breeder poultry farm Milland, Sussex. Reporting directly to the Area Farms Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this Company-owned farm, employees and all associated activities.
This is very much a hands-on role, being a strong team player with a positive attitude, you will have the ability to motivate and lead the staff within your responsibility and be dedicated to maintaining bird health and welfare. Attention to detail is imperative in addition to having a good understanding of the factors that affect and achieve biological performance.
A comprehensive development program will be put in place for the successful candidate to help with the transition of working with our stock and in return we expect a high caliber proactive individual that can learn quickly within a highly detailed Department.
