The Green Cornwall is an established, family-run luxury events retreat set across 14 acres of countryside near the Devon border. We operate all year round, hosting beautifully planned multi-day events and private celebrations for up to 140 guests.
We are looking to expand our team and are looking for people who are starting in hospitality but have a passion to develop and learn, experienced professionals looking for their next role or someone looking for something different with a can do attitude.
We offer flexible working with shifts available from 8am - 1am across multiple departments. Whether you are looking for a part time, ad-hoc or full time role we like to hear from you.

- Predictable service days
- No last-minute changes
Our guests stay on site for two nights and catering includes welcome meals, breakfasts, canapés, evening feasts and the main event dining experience.
Housekeeping roles available with usual working pattern 11am - 3pm on a Sunday, Wednesday, Friday however this can vary.
Our events are well structured, so you’ll know the plan and timings in advance. Rota's are published monthly allowing you the opportunity for that work/life balance.
