About the role
We seek a few full-time and part-time experienced Education Consultants to join our Birmingham Office.
Job Description:
- Review and assess Chinese or English speaking students’ academic. performance and advise the most suitable academic/vocational plan.
- Deal with enquiries of students and provide professional consultation services to students on UK Education opportunities and have confidence to sell our products.
- Knowledge of our products and introduce it to customers to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver and update new information and changes in British educational institutions to students.
- Assist and advise on student applications, including but not limited to tracking applications, arranging interviews, fielding any general or specific enquiries, and advocating on behalf of students.
- Design evaluation procedures so that the company can have a quick understanding about students’ academic performance.
- Give potential customers advice on the entry requirements of various programmes of universities in the UK.
- Staying in touch with students to offer them a great aftersales experience.
- Work with colleagues and use the existing resources to make sure every stage of our services runs smoothly.
- Provide instruction for students on the enrolment procedure, which includes pre-departure preparation and arrival registration.
- Coordinate with British educational institutions or international recruitment officers to discuss course arrangement, entry requirements for student applications.
- Attend British educational institutions' training and conferences online and offline.
- Assist marketing team with planning and implementing online and offline activities.
- Work closely with our admin team.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a degree obtained in the UK.
- At least one year relevant work experience in consultancy or the education industry.
- Both Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills are required.
- Thrive under pressure and have a can-do attitude.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£34,000.00 per month
