Support Worker
Band 2
Full time and Part time hours available
Willow Wood Hospice is an adult hospice providing care for patients with life limiting conditions. We care for these adults by providing symptom control and end of life care. The needs of the patients and their families are at the heart of all we do.
We require an experienced Support Worker to work within the In-Patient Unit, primarily responsible for carrying out assigned tasks involving direct patient care, in support and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Please note this is a rotational post requiring days and some nights.
