We're looking for a Full-Time Operations Manager to help lead our team and support the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our cleaning teams.
- Support, coach and motivate staff.
- Carry out regular quality inspections.
- Organise our storage facility, equipment and stock.
- Help improve systems and working processes.
- Work closely with the company directors.
