Duties
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client's preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles, cuts, and grooming options

- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
- Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques, and industry best practices
- Communicate clearly with clients about their service options, appointment times, and aftercare instructions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Prior experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Certification or licensing in barbering as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates
