What you will do
In this role, you will:
Act as the single point of contact for Cloud Software and Services (CSS) Talent Management

Represent CSS in all relevant Talent Management topics, including Career Enablement, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Management, Culture, and Employee Engagement.

Translate global and local T&D processes and programs into CSS-specific solutions that address unit needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate and align across the business

Partner with Total Rewards (TR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure integration and consistency across initiatives.

Work closely with relevant global T&D SMEs to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with global strategies.

Understand CSS-specific strategic development needs and partner with the relevant T&D colleagues to ensure development solutions align with the CSS unit strategy and EMEA priorities.
