1-on-1 Salon Assistant & Graduate Stylist | Private Studio, Notting Hill

An exceptional opportunity has opened for a dedicated, passionate Salon Assistant to work directly alongside me in an intimate, high-end private studio in Notting Hill.
This is a unique, hands-on role where you will receive intensive 1-on-1 mentorship in advanced color techniques, glossing, and high-touch client care. You won't be lost in the crowd of a busy commercial salon—you will be an essential part of an exclusive studio environment.

What The Role Entails:
- Providing elevated basin experiences (shampooing, treatments, glosses/toners) and blow-drying support.
- Maintaining an immaculate studio environment—taking pride in seamless station setup, colour bowl prep, and fresh towel rotation.
- Ensuring every client feels comfortable and cared for from arrival to departure.
About You:
- Prior experience is not a must, but drive and willingness to learn is essential.
- High attention to detail with a natural eye for aesthetic cleanliness.
- Professional, warm, and discreet with a strong desire to learn top-tier techniques.
Full time: 40 hours / Week
Base pay: £500 / Week (dependent on hour/age agreement.)
