Full Job Description About the Role
We are looking for an organised, motivated and professional Insurance Administrator to join our growing Insurance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You will play a vital role in supporting two Insurance Account Executives, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the department, delivering a high standard of client communication and supporting the wider team..

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Preparing, formatting and issuing insurance documentation, renewal packs, schedules and client correspondence.
· Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal databases and CRM systems.
· Supporting Account Executives with quotations by gathering information and liaising with insurers where required.
· Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
· Coordinating appointments, managing diaries and preparing meeting documentation.
· Following up outstanding client information, policy renewals and required documentation.
· Assisting with compliance activities by maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits.
· Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing, post handling and document management.
· Supporting colleagues across the wider Insurance team during busy periods.
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
· Previous administrative experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
Desirable:
· Previous experience within insurance or financial services.
Insurance experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
