Weekend Working Essential | Minimum 16 Hours Per Week
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Supervisor to join our team!
You’ll help run the shop, lead and support the team, deliver great customer service and maintain high standards across the shop.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the team and keeping shifts running smoothly.
- Supporting excellent customer service.
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and shop standards.
- Managing availability, production and waste.
- Supporting with tills, deliveries and daily checks.
- Taking responsibility for the shop when the Manager isn’t present.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, positive and confident leading others. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we are willing to train.
